During our visit, we explore marvellous, wide and lush valleys, cultural treasury of rural life, local exquisite handicrafts, spectacular mountainous range and so on. The most and fantastic trek to explore unique as well as the exotic and outlandish experience of Bhutanese rural culture is Bumthang valley and its rural life.
Unique Adventure International offers this trip to travel the beautiful field – Bumthang of Bhutan. Bumthang consists of the four mountain valleys of Ura, Chumey, Tang and Choekhor ("Bumthang"), although occasionally the entire district is referred to as Bumthang valley. Bumthang, being the religious heartland, has a distinct religious value among Bhutanese and the whole Buddhist. Jambey Lhakhang and Kurje Lhakhag are the cultural and historical sites of the region. Jambey Lhakang is one of 108 monasteries built by the Tibetan King, Songtsen Gampo during 7th Century. Kurje Lhakhang comprises of three temples. Tamshing Lhakhang was founded in 1501 and holds old religious paintings inside it. Jakar Dzong which was initially constructed as a monastery in 1549 but currently is the administrative centre of the region.🏔️ Trek Packing List ❄️
